Stayed at the Caribou as a halfway point to Valdez for halibut fishing. I found the room clean and spacious, with new furniture and a helpful staff. I enjoyed my time and if I ever find myself in Glenallen again I will gladly stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Caribou Hotel during my short stint in Glennallen. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms very comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable, everything was very clean and had a cute cabin feel, and we felt very safe and well-fed. To boot, the staff had great suggestions of awesome “off the beaten track” activities and things to do in the surrounding areas…

We stayed here for three nights on our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Alaska! We found Jeremiah, Lewis, and the rest of the staff to be totally awesome and so helpful, friendly, and pleasant.

Clean and comfy. New carpet and couches in large suite with lots of amenities! All of this along with the friendly staff makes this a great place to stay.

The staff are very friendly and we felt as if we were seeing a bit of real Alaska. Glennallen is in the middle of nowhere and the Caribou provided us with a clean, simple but spacious room.
